Only giving two stars because the property itself was super clean and the ambiance was really nice. The guy who checked us in, along with the manager who was assisting him on his first day, were both very sweet and welcoming. Unfortunately, once we finished checking in, things went downhill. We were staying in a cabana and never had a server come by, so we eventually went to the bar to order our drinks. The bartender’s customer service was honestly terrible. He had an attitude the entire time and made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. I ordered a Dole Whip, and he told me to take the one he had placed on the bar, which was clearly my friend’s drink. He then walked away while I was still standing there and said, β€œOh, you wanted one for yourself?” It was just a very strange and unprofessional interaction. We also ordered another drink, only to be told they were out. We chose something different, but then watched him make several of the original drinks for other customers. There was no explanation or communication about it. Then came the billing issue. We were initially given a bill for $940, which clearly wasn’t ours. Once they corrected it, our actual total was less than $18

I really wanted to love Lylo. As a local I kinda hoped this would be a place I looked forward to revisiting through the summer. Unfortunately the overall experience didn’t seem to match what they’re asking guests to spend in my opinion. I booked a day pass and went to enjoy happy hour. When I got there someone pointed me vaguely to my numbered chair and everything else when I got there. I asked to change spots to be more in shade and not right by pool steps. The server was super nice, but service was spotty and it was pretty quiet on a Monday afternoon. I probably would have had a few more beers and maybe ordered food but no one asked. When I asked to close out there was an extra drink on my tab which they did take off, one of my drinks was not happy hour price which I noticed too late, and I think the MOST bizarre thing was the 20% auto gratuity. I mean I would have anyways.. but it seemed to make sense at that point why the whole experience was underwhelming. Music not a vibe, the water was warm, service level well below what one would expect at a boutique concept hotel. I think there are plenty of resorts with larger, less warm pools and better service. Lylo’s smaller space s

Such a fun and relaxing pool experience. Chris was absolutely incredible, world class customer service. If you’re looking for a fun yet laid back pool time Lylo is the place to be!

I prepaid for a reservation, but when I arrived they had no space available and told me to request a refund by email. I then waited about 20 minutes in the bar area with no acknowledgment before having to approach staff myself. The drink I ordered was not consistent with what other guests receivedβ€”smaller portion, different presentation, and missing garnish (photo attached). This felt disorganized and inconsistent, especially with new management. I would not return unless these issues are addressed.

This was actually a really great spot. I was staying at the hotel so it was very convenient and we were able to reserve lounges each day. The service was great. Pitchers of water when you arrive. Lots of food and drink options. Food was actually really good and decently priced. Overall I was very impressed with this place !
